This new 81 unit,  143,000 s.f. condominium complex is to be located on a one acre lot on Revere Beach, and includes 138 parking spaces under the building. The waterfront location required durable materials such as fiber-cement and stone veneer siding, storm resistant windows, and heavy duty roofing.  The design includes one and two bedroom units, loft spaces in the top floor units, and large central lobbies.

The building has become a new focus in the City of Revere’s redevelopment efforts along the Revere Beach Parkway. The project was completed in May of 2006.
These 16 luxury condominiums with spacious exterior decks overlook Nantasket Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Two of the upper units also have large rooftop decks overlooking the coast from north to south. Each unit has at least 2 enclosed parking spaces under the building. The main entrance opens to a 3 story atrium. The project is currently under construction and scheduled for completion in August of 2006.
Regency Condominiums at River's Edge
Manchester, NH
This new 18 Unit, 43,000 s.f., condominium complex in located just minutes north of Manchester New Hampshire overlooking the Merrimack River.  The building is constructed of steel and concrete at the first floor, grage level, and wood framing at the upper three floors.  Each Unit consists of two bedrooms, two full baths with hardwood flooring and a gas fired fireplace.  The enclosed parking at the first floor consists of 19 parking spaces as well as storage units for each unit.  The project was completed in December 2005.
Concord Commons Residences
West Concord, MA
This new 58 unit,  148,000 s.f. condominium is located adjacent to the MBTA commuter rail line in West Concord. It includes 96 parking spaces under the building, and another 30 spaces outside. The garage is constructed of concrete and steel with the housing above framed in wood. Materials include fiber-cement and brick veneer siding, PVC trim and composite decking and rails.  The design includes one, two and three bedroom units ranging from 900 to 2,200 square feet, all with exterior decks ranging from 48 to 800 square feet. The building is separated at the second floor by a landscaped terrace with raised planter and trellises.
The project was completed in June of 2007
Revere Beach Village
Revere, MA
Signature Architects conceived and presented a conceptual design for a new mixed use development project called "Revere Beach Village  for a design competition. The design became one of three short-listed submissions, eventually leading to the development being selected.

The 10 acre site is located adjacent to the Wonderland T-Station, and is intended to be developed under guidelines from the Congress for the New Urbanism, and State guidelines for Transit Oriented Developments. The design includes multi-family housing, retail, office, a hotel, parking garages, large pedestrian and open spaces, and pedestrian bridges linking the site to the beach. The total building area is approximately 1 million square feet with and estimated project cost of $500 million.
Butter Brook Golf Club Clubhouse
Westford, MA
This proposed full service clubhouse for Butter Brook Golf Club consists of a large pro-shop, members locker rooms, a 250 person function space and spacious 19th hole including an exterior patio overlooking the 18th green.

Hilton Boston Back Bay Hotel

SAI is currently renovating all 400 guestrooms, corridors and elevator lobbies at the Hotel in conjunction with the interior design firm of Parker-Torres Design. This $3 million project involves new finishes including VWC, paint, carpet, tile flooring, millwork, bathroom accessories, lighting, and converting four suites to eight single guestrooms.

At the same time another $1 million will be spent in the 1st floor public areas adding a new coffee bar, renovating the main lobby and public restrooms, and redesigning and renovating the Boodles Restaurant.

All work has to be completed in just 3-1/2 months prior to the running of the Boston Marathon.
A complete renovation and expansion of the restaurant and bar area of the Hotel was done in conjunction with the interior design firm of Parker-Torres Design. The $1.6 million, 5,400 s.f. project includes an entirely new open cooking area visible to the restaurant patrons, large glass clearstories over the main dining area, a new liquor bar, raw bar and buffet bar, and a functioning greenhouse on the adjacent exterior deck.

In conjunction with the Restaurant another $300,000 was spent renovating the main lobby, business center, boardroom, pantry and public restrooms of the Hotel.

All areas of the renovation have been completed and the Restaurant held it's grand opening November 1, 2007.
